rtk and Voice AI Specialist HoloLogix.AI Advance AI-Powered Service Automation in the Travel Industry
Berlin, June 10, 2026 (KC) – The travel agency cooperation rtk is evaluating, together with tour operators, the use of an innovative multi-agent network based on the voice AI “MIA” from HoloLogix.AI.
The objective is to sustainably reduce the growing volume of service requests handled by tour operator hotlines through intelligent, interconnected AI agents while significantly improving accessibility for travel agencies and travelers.
At the center of the initiative is HoloLogix.AI’s Agentic AI platform, which connects specialized voice AI agents into a machine-to-machine network (M2M). The agents communicate autonomously with one another and provide information wherever the relevant expertise resides – from the tour operator to the service provider.

One Number for All Connected Tour Operators
At the core of the concept is a centralized service hotline. Instead of having to consider different phone numbers and service hours from numerous tour operators, travel agencies receive a single point of access. Incoming calls are automatically analyzed, authenticated, and routed to the responsible AI agent.
The MIA Service Agents already handle standard inquiries around the clock in the basic package, including questions about travel conditions, cancellations, entry requirements, insurance, baggage regulations, and destination information. In more advanced stages, real-time information on availability, pricing, and bookings can also be provided, while rebookings and cancellations can be processed automatically.
The system is based on specialized agent roles:
• Cooperation Agents support routing, governance, contract-related matters, and commission-related inquiries.
• Tour Operator Agents provide real-time information on availability, pricing, bookings, and service details.
Communication takes place directly between the agents. For the caller, this creates a seamless service experience without transfers or media disruptions.
Integrated Crisis Management
A special component of the network is a dedicated AI Crisis Manager Agent. It processes official travel and security advisories, supports responses to natural disasters, political crises, or flight disruptions, and provides consolidated information for travel agencies, tour operators, and travelers.
European Technology for the Travel Industry
The technical foundation is provided by HoloLogix.AI’s Agentic AI platform. The solution is operated in compliance with GDPR requirements on European infrastructure and can be connected to existing booking, CRM, and service solutions through standardized interfaces.
The planned deployment of MIA Service Agents will create a scalable service ecosystem that digitally connects travel agencies, tour operators, and service providers while setting new standards for customer service and accessibility in the travel industry.
