1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you on a pro rata basis, in accordance with the refund conditions set out below, without undue delay and in any event no later than 21 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Special Provisions for Prepaid Services (Money-Back Guarantee)

The services offered are prepaid services, under which a usage allowance (e.g. time, minutes, or service units) is purchased in advance.

In the event of a withdrawal or termination within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, a refund shall be granted exclusively for the unused portion of the purchased services.

Services that have already been used or consumed shall be deemed properly performed and are non-refundable.

The refund shall be calculated on a pro rata basis, corresponding to the remaining unused service allowance at the time the withdrawal is declared.

4. Commencement of Service Performance & Compensation for Value

By commencing the use of the prepaid services, the customer expressly agrees that we begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

In the event of a withdrawal, the customer shall be required to pay reasonable compensation for the services already provided, in accordance with Section 357(8) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

5. Exclusion of Refund After Full Consumption

Once the purchased usage allowance has been fully consumed, no entitlement to a refund exists, even if the withdrawal is declared within the 30-day withdrawal period.
